Expected Load
Two expected materials - Benzylamine and Isopropanol.
Incident
Plant commissioned on vacuum distillation. Fire occurred when empty vessel evacuated.
Possible Cause
Oil mist carried over to carbon bed. Surge of oxygen rich air.
